Kiwi Sheds Ltd can supply kitsets to most parts of the country and are able to offer the services of our own construction crew in the greater Auckland region.(outside of this is subject to negotiation) South Pacific open for negotiation.

Operational for the last 7 years, Kiwi Sheds Ltd is a competitive supplier and a leader in the market, with over 400 buildings sold in the Auckland region alone.

Kiwi Sheds buildings are engineer designed and as we do not built in set modules, we are not restricted by predetermined sizes, which means we can satisfy your needs to within 50mm, for those greater than 60sqm.

Kiwi Sheds building are multipurpose, they can be used for industrial/commercial/farm purposes, warehousing, workshops, storage, stables & multi-car garaging.

We have two feature designs, the American Barn and the Quaker’s Barn, that add a touch of aesthetics to your otherwise standard looking shed. These two structures give ease to added possibility of including a mezzanine floor as storage space or a full second level.

Kiwi Sheds Ltd can combine a number of different types of fire wall systems to allow you to gain maximum floor space for your Commercial and Industrial buildings.

Alternative Housing is rapidly growing in popularity due to the cost effectiveness of this style of construction, however, the formatted design that we use at Kiwi Sheds does not meet the housing requirements of local councils. Therefore in order to meet these requirements we ask that you source an Architect to assist in your drawings, ensuring that they are well aware of your intended purpose.
